What reader does support hierarchical collections?

I can set up the T1 to separate all the different tags I use to sort, but I am going to have a lot of tags and it will make it hard to search.

I strongly second everything that's been said about e-ink readers not catering to PDFs. Definitely get an iPad (or another kind of tablet) for that purpose.

Like Harry, I read Kindle and Kobo books on my iPad as well.
