I for one, do not log in 50% of the time when I come check the forums. It is faster for me just to do a quick look and come back later if I see topics I want to spend time in. Then I will log in. Like now. I wonder if others do the same as I do?

Hi Vala
![]() When you come onto MR, either logged in or not logged in, do you then go into the Calibre sub Forum? I probably should have made clearer before that the viewer numbers are specifically against the Calibre Forum. |

Hi Lynx-lynx,
It is very rare that I do, but yes I have been in a Calibre sub forum both logged in, and not logged in. What would of lead me there would of been MR posts as I read all new posts usually. So something posted would of peaked my interest to get me into a sub forum. |

For that to be true it would imply there are times of the day when there are zero humans visiting the calibre forum. As best as I can recall, that was never the case back when the plugin did not exist, so I doubt it is the case now.

Kovid, here's a snapshot of viewing numbers now:
General: 149 Readers: 165 Software Calibre 458 Software Other 9 Formats: 42 Uploads: 26 Non English: 8 Misc: 30 Members viewing: 77 Guests viewing: 1139 So somewhere in those figures lies the weight of Calibre, if it is currently looking at the Forum. gotta say straight up - I'm not a numerate type of person ..... so I'll leave the working out to those for whom this task is a doddle!! ![]() |
