If you only want Calibre to automatically add from your ADE folder (and you don't want to keep a copy in the ADE folder), then you don't really need to set up the whole thing with Belvedere. All you'd need to do is set up Calibre to automatically add the books from your ADE folder. This can be done by going under "Preferences" in Calibre and then to "Adding Books."

Didn't know you could do that lol
Seems a good idea But do I need to keep them in ADE also? Can I do that?

Do you know why they are not downloading from Kobo in the correct name nowadays?

The file name is meaningless; some of Kobo's suppliers might be nice and use names that are close to the book's title, however others (for instance Smashwords) yse what look to be random characters.

You probably don't need to keep a copy in ADE once it's added to Calibre, but some people like to keep multiple copies on their computer. If you want to keep copies in ADE, you could:
1. Follow the steps in the article I linked or
2. Copy all the files "by hand" into a folder that Calibre has been set up to automatically add from

The benefit of option 1 is that it automates everything so you wouldn't have to worry about the filenames, which was the original point of confusion. Step 2 is pretty much what you're already doing except that Calibre would auto-add the files from a folder instead of you clicking the buttons to add the books, and you would still have to deal with filenames.
