In IE7 you click Tools, Internet Options, in the middle of the popup it says browsing history. In that section click on Delete and you'll get another popup. You can clear cookies and temp files or just hit the Delete All button.

If you're using another browser, you'll have to look in the help files, because I don't know how.

WARNING! When ordering from Canada DO NOT USE UPS GROUND SHIPPING!!!!

Both UPS and FedEx ground shipping charge an extra "broker fee" which is often around $50 or more. This is on top of taxes and the shipping charge!

My stubborn wife order a light for my Cybook, value around $40 and was charged around $40 broker fee!?!?!?! I think it was UPS Ground. I told her not to order anything via UPS Ground, but .... sigh

I can confirm that Bookeen used FedEx Air which DID NOT charge any extra fees (besides shipping fee and standard Canadian GST/PST).

So NAEB should make sure to offer alternatives to UPS Ground, such as USPS ground say.

Yikes! Thank you for the heads-up! We will add that option - maybe change things around.
