A definite aye here. And actually a Mobileread Hall of Fame is not a bad idea, not just to include Dr. Goyal, but also a number of others who were so instrumental in creating MR and the collection of ebooks here.

Exactly the reason I had in min in bringing forth my suggestion.
We are a community that try to support reading of literature within the parameters that the present is bringing forth in creating the future. This is in many ways a unique moment we are participating in and I think we need to preserve it for future generations.

Who knows how literature will be distributed 100 years from now? I'm pretty sure that people in 1912 had no conception about Mobileread and Calibre in those days. So for those who will puruse literature in 2112 I think we shoud do somethong to tell them what it was like in our days.

Thanks to Kovid Goyal and his marvelous program, I got As in two classes (technical writing, where I had to document some software. I picked calibre - many sins of interface design come out when you're documenting software, making it harder to organize and present information and procedures. Calibre's intuitive interface was so easy to document, it made my writing look great!)
