I have many Wi-Fi devices.
I have a "feature" prepaid Page Plus Cellular LG phone. The live part screen is about 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch. There is no data package, no monthly charge. It costs 4 cents a minute.

I would love to have a 4 or 5" phone, prepaid, but with WiFi like the Kindles, or my Samsung Tab 7 Plus, and not have to have a "data plan" like the smartphones are being forced to have.

I can see an Amazon phone giving me that in a nice package.

So I say, "sign me up."

People said the same exact thing about Google. If they do make a phone, it widens their net for ebook sales and other digital media. Now people aren't just buying stuff on their kindles, but also on their phones.
