Question Do you observe same ?

I found that using my old 128MB Panasonic SD card (left from an old camera) battery is drowned in matter of 3days. from 90% to 10% (cybook is set always on)
same configuration wituout SD card lasts twice longer.

Did you observe similar behavior.

Modern SD cards have considerably lower power consumption than the older cards did. Probably worth your while to get a new card.

It was just a test. In fact I really do not need more space than 64Mb in cybook. Card offered me an ability to load books in reader in matter of seconds instead of connecting cybook itself to a PC (40sec unil it is present as a removable drive and ~1min after disconnection to find a fact that it is disconnected and boot) It is just a way to test books I've generated with CREATOR.
Books I've really read at the moment are no more than 2-3 and free memory is not an issue. I do not intend to keep all by books in the reader - navigation is awful. more than 30-40 elemnts in menu and you're lost.
