The line-height tweak helps a lot and for the first time I was pretty satisfied with things post-update ...until i discovered another bit of a problem with the v2 firmware. Unless I'm doing something completely wrong, it no longer displays italics.

I'd started proofreading a book and noticed that the author's trademark overuse of italics hadn't shown up in a while. Sigil shows that my source text is correctly being marked up with font-style: italic CSS in the ePub, but it's all plain text on screen.

Any ideas on getting around this?

Isn't that the same bug that's been in the reader since the beginning?

Morkl's version of the reader has fixed it, so I really have no idea why Sony doesn't seem able to.
