It was an electronic encyclopedia filled with questionable facts and information. I don't think it held any books other then the Guide.

I use Amazon, we have an arrangement, they earn money from my books, up until recently I have been more than happy with their service. I find it hard to understand the defensive bleeding heart mentality for a multi million company. Trust me, they can take a bit of criticism now and then, you don't need to defend them.
