Reconversion: multiplying metadata? - Page 2

Under preferences->behavior use the arrows to move mobi to top of the list (preferred input format order)

n main window, select files to convert, click convert and uncheck the little box in upper left that says use save converson settings.

Then if a mobi file exists it should use that one for those files from now on.
