Thats from the labs. I have seen lots of great stuff from the labs. The iLiads display is from Philips labs, and so is the flexible displays from PolymerVision. I was referring to real world manufacturing

But if LG would start mass manufacturing e-ink displays, that would be really good for competition. Ans i sure would like a 14" color eink device at home.

PVI are too small to compete with multi billions companies like lg.philips.

Companies like pvi and polymer vision just tested the market before big fishes decided to get in.

Actually yes. Philips keeps best patents and soon will be the biggest e-ink display manufacturer.
