Touch Tips for using the Touch, especially firmware v1.9.16

I'd say the sticky feature request and the main firmware 1.9.16 - thread would give an overview over every issue that has been mentioned here. I habe no idea if Kobo reads these, but if they don't get to see what is written there the thread is not as useful as it could be. Thus my idea to compile the data and submit to Kobo as a community-supportet report and request-doc.

We're talking about bugs here, not features. (Unless you're a salesperson lol)
I could have posted in the 1.9.16 thread I guess, but some of these problems are across firmware versions. I was just trying to help other new owners

KOBO keeps replying to my complaints with the same excuse and NEVER follows up.

The support team apparently can't read, is really incompetent, doesn't give a damn or is just plain crooked. SHAME on Indigo....

I want a refund for my KOBO since the last update causes nothing but problems and is just an advertising tool now. KOBO refuses to satisfy me after two months of constant calls and emails.

What a way to treat someone who bought a product as advertised.

Some people are happiest complaining.

I suggest you use the Bozo filter for such people; it makes reading the forum much easier (until someone quotes the Bozo).

My problem is I *DO* tend to filter people, but then am always curious as to what they have said, so I tend to then do a reply to them just to see their comments .... thus I have decided that filtering (for me at least) is worthless :P
