Its a good light, bit chunky looking but I prefer it to lights on stalks, which most of the other ones are.....

The fact that it can be recharged via USB is a big plus for me; I hate flaffing about with small watch batteries.

A cover isn't really an option for me. I've got arthritis so the added weight of a cover doesn't suit me. Lack of cover also makes it easier to hold the reader 1 handed, on my not-so-bad left hand
