I have read it, yes. And it's more 'commentary' than fiction, isn't it? Unless you count long chapters about who begat who and lists of rules why you should not tie up your goat and your sheep with the same leash to be be narrative fiction...

The second half would be Jewish as well if it were accurately reporting on Jesus. He was born a Jew and died a Jew and never claimed to be doing more than trying to reset Judism onto the right course.

Are books produced by writers who are Jewish automatically "Jewish Fiction"? I would personally interpret the term to mean fiction that involves Judaism in some way in the plot. What do other people think?
