Images all missing

EPUB 3.0 Spec
The items are meant to have unique id attributes. As such, the epub was non-compliant (Perhaps in 2.x this was accepted, but I doubt it)

Not sure silently removing things is all that helpful, but at the same time, Sigil is about making compliant, clean epubs.

ADE forgave those errors
3 files with the same definition is not right. The book may still link and show the files on some browsers.

Calibre converted and the resulting MOBi displayed properly on my Kindle Keyboard. Personally I think that it'd be nice if these problems were corrected by Sigil, but I may be alone in this sentiment.

Try the following... take the original ePub (with the errors) and run it through FlightCrew and tell us what the errors are. Maybe that's what should have been done when it wasn't right in Sigil.

I'm unfamiliar with FlightCrew, but here is the result of 'validate' in Sigil.

If you want to keep Sigil happy, you should probably put your images in OEBPS/Images/ instead of OEBPS/Text/images/

It may try to move them around.

The Yellow is un-used and may be deleted (or you will have to hand craft a usage)
The date can be fixed simply tapping F8 the Enter (save)

Interesting images/spacer.jpg did not generate the same error the other 2 (misplaced images) did.
the Images all belong in Images folder
the reference path should look like "../Images/spacer.jpg"

...and was purchased from lulu.com. Fixed it with help from here and now I don't seem to have the original, instead one that is partially the not-yet-fixed original.
