X-Ray is only available for _some_ Amazon purchased books. It's in a file, saved to your Kindle. I think X-Ray is the main reason why, if you look at the specs, 4 GB on Kindle Touch holds an estimated 3,000 books while 4 GB on Kindle Keyboard holds 3,500.
