We have a Levenger store here in Tysons Corner, VA. They have a nice leather zipper case that fits the PRS-505 perfectly. It is model AL8360.

The only gotcha is you will have to take your reader off of the hinge and velcro it to the portfolio, which I prefer anyway. The case is a little pricy at $88.
But I think it protects the device much better than either of the sony cases.

yeah - i picked up a black deluxe cover at borders in century city, LA when i was over there last week. so much nicer feel that the original tan one, plus not a big fan of brown

it certainly feels nice and should give a bit as time goes on.......
