Hi All,
Just wanted to thank everyone for the help getting my PE back up and running.
I reinstalled the golden.zip file it was a bit different that some of the posts, it loaded the first time and went right to the regular screen. I did have to recal the tablet side, but everything is working well.

how did you managed. can you advise what file you used?

nikki, that partition that is activated on menu / rotate can we replace somehow with a proper recovery that will allow to pick the desired file and just flash it.....

I used the link in my post from obsessed that was sent to me, it is the (update.golden.zip) also the instructions on how to do it, is there also. I used a microSD 4Gig renamed to golden.zip all formatted to fat32. Wish I could be help more. I think I was just lucky.

Now you can consider updating to Ermine for better power management.
