Hooray! I'm glad it worked out for you and that the refurbished one looks like new!

Sony's customer support seems to be getting a lot of positive feedback lately. Their response seems much quicker than in the past.

It's almost as if they're trying to take care of their customers and learn from their past mistakes... I'm not sure I'm over the shock yet.

On a somewhat related note, the replacement 950 acts new as well. Turns pages and reacts to input way faster than the old one did for months before it gave in, and no difficulties at all moving my library over. All's well that ends well.

Glad you're up and running again! When I had a problem with my Kobo, initially there was no sense of urgency from them. When it did get the appropriate attention, the resolution was timely.
