Evidence? What about the HP Touchpad? Nobody cared until the price dropped to $99 - most people are after the bottom line, not some fancy features that will hardly get used. Price it right, people will buy it; otherwise, you'll be another one biting the dust.

The Touchpad SDKs were available all along and didnt really help out.
