pocket edge journal

I am working my way through my new pocket edge and my journal won't allow me to write. It worked initially and just suddenly stopped. Any suggestions what happened or how I can resolve the problem.

Have you tried a reboot? That would be my 1st thought.

I've heard of people using the color white for their ink color -- which is then invisible!

thanks for the help. Yes, I did reset and I didn't change the color of ink. Also none of the navigation buttons function. Really like the entire page is frozen. I can change the page only.

Did you try re-calibrating the e-reader. I had a similar problem and all it took was a re-calibration.
