I think they're usually good for a week and no, it's not by publisher. They used to send out emails about it but not anymore. In fact, I didn't even think they were doing it anymore, just happened to notice by accident that my wishlist was on sale. I think it's 15%. At least that's one mine is; may be different for different customers, which would be another interesting thing to compare.

Thanks for the analysis of the coupons. Went along with my feeling that they were using some kind of random generator for the coupon amounts.

I just don't care too much for the Presents line. I've read a few of the older ones and liked them. In fact very first Romance Book when I was 13 was a Presents by Sally Wentworth called the Hawk of Venice.

I own the Carolyn Brown cowboy books. I'll have read the Luckadeau ones once I'm finish with Palmer's book. It can't be any worse then Tyler by C.H. Admirand and I'm still planning to get the sequel

I hope you fare better than me with the Brown books; they're all rated 3+ stars so maybe it's just me.

I've read tons of category romances, and somehow I've always gravitated (unconsciously!) more to the financier-type (billionaire/millionaire/whatever) stories, than any other storyline. Most of them are trite (

) but sometimes I get a really good one that will make up for the rest

I picked up Rendezvous on a Lost World by A. Bertram Chandler -- a book I haven't read yet by one of my favorite authors, and (I think) the only work of his that they carry as a Multiformat ebook. And it was already discounted since it was a new book. (Well, new to them!)

Also got The Shades Of Toffee by Charles Myers, fourth in the slapstick fantasy series, and The Mind Monsters by Larry Maddock, described as an hilarious SF romp!

Yes. They usually expire late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning. There should be a new one tomorrow afternoon, 092311, unless they change the pattern.
