Touch Kobo Desktop problem (WinXP / Win7)? - Page 2

I've tried again... same situation: this time I cannot login again.

Proxy is configured in IE as before (and it's working... it's the corporate one!)

This is the situation: proxy enabled (Ctrl+Alt+P) and KT connected. Connected KT, used DebugView, open Kobo Desktop, click the Login button... this is the status:

Tried again: with Debugview, started Kobo Desktop, connected KT and click button (at about 32s time and debug answer at about 50s).

I'll try to uninstall again. Yesterday at home I've seen the update so maybe...

If it won't work I'll post this thread (refurbished) in the Kobo Help with the debug logs.
