Excuse my French, but this is BS. I had the screen on two PocketBook Touch Lux 3 break in the exact same way while travelling, although I made sure it was sitting on top of the bag and no pressure was put on them.

OTOH, after a one-week bike trip, the Bookeen-made Nolim e-reader is still fine. But then, no surprise: The device is clearly more rigid than the PB.

You are right, it's not available anymore. It was still there a minute before I wrote my previous post.
