100,295 is divisible by 5 (obviously)

100,297 is the next prime

100,301 is (groan) divisible by 19

No fair! I've got many to do! I'd need to get to 100,313 !

Ignoring the easy ones, divisible by 2, 3 or 5 we have:
100,319 (divisible by 43)
100,321 (divisible by 13)
100,327 (divisible by 41)
100,331 (divisible by 7)

And the next prime is 100,333

(Well, I have a little spreadsheet that works out whether a number is prime or not, and what its divisors are if it's not. And also (cough) a list of the first million primes...)

As mentioned in the first post. I have a handy self written C++ program that calculated 203.280.221 prime numbers. That number is almost 300.000.000 over 4.000.000.000 (the highest number that can be defined as unsigned double).
