Use Calibre to convert the HTML to ePub. That should fix most of the mess and then use Sigil to further fix it. It will be a lot easier then converting the HTML in Sigil.

I took all of the weird comments out and altered the margins.

It looks fine now.

I wonder why it was set like that..................
