Thanks it's good to know I am not the only one with this problem. It was my temp cleaner though. I tested it three times to be sure that it was causing the problem. Maybe certain security programs might have prevented the program permission to write to files needed which is why others had the same problem with registering or they ran a cleaner program as well.

Since not running the temp cleaner the problem disappeared but the program still ran choppy. Now I just upgraded to 1.7 and noticed a major improvement in the speed it uses to handle my library.
