But it does deal with replacing or removing the line break based on the content of the next line (starts with lower case). In Notepad++ that's a multiline issue. See Jackie's post for a more detailed explanation of the approach I suggested - using a unique text string to mark the line break ("~~~'). and switching in and out of extended mode vs. regular expression mode.
