Yes, maybe, depends.

Good question!

We could make a movie

I can already see a conflict with main characters and support roles! I think we should call it "Entourage: The Quest for the Open Source Code"

I don't know how many people have looked at those sources, but they seemed pretty useless, I know no one on the old boards was able to glean anything useful from them. The only use they would have at this point is for learning how to make similar versions of some of the apps. This attack on a member of the forums is quite childish, and there is no way that it is illegal for him to not send you something...

First, not polite enough, now not precise enough?

I hope you at least understand a concept of interference from context:

Last I checked dingo and coyote were the names of the older firmware versions running older versions of android, and had nothing to do with the sources(the sources in question were of a few apps made by entourage for the eDGe, not of the firmware's themselves). Also, the kernel for everything android is based on the Linux kernel(downloadable from kernel.org), and I doubt that entourage changed it, if they did they did not release the sources to that. Asking for a copy of Dingo and asking for the sources to apps entourage wrote are two completely different thing, there is no debating that!

I'm sorry if English is not your first language and we misunderstood what you were asking for, but you can't be angry at us for that. The context of that thread had nothing to do with the sources, and you did not once mention them until this thread. You have no right to insult and try to undermine a member of this forum based on what occurred in that thread.

If you want to help the community that is great, and I and others will support you in any way we can, but if you are going to continue this childish attempt at harming the reputation of the members of the community for absolutely no reason you will find that many people will turn their backs.

EDIT: I'll go through what was said in that thread as well so I don't have to bump that one up:

Dingo is the name of entourages version of Android 1.6 and downloads can be found many places including the stickies and entourages website, it has nothing to do with the sources.

Just kernel. Thanks.
Again, Dingo has nothing to do with sources, and coyote is entourages version of android that came before Dingo(don't exaclty remember which version of android, sorry). The kernel is(I'm assuming) the Android kernel, which is based off the Linux kernel found at kernel.org. It has nothing to do with entourage and if they changed it at all they never released the sources.

That was all that was asked for AFAIK.

I figured as much, if you'll read my post, I said there was no context of source code in that thread.

I won't - it's too long and I have a very short attention span.

Add to that this post:

The Ermine "Tweaks" Thread (Gapps, Ermine Bugs, and More), post #54.

Is it enough now?

are you referring to this?:

I really hope not, as that post has nothing to do with sources, just like all of your other posts up until this thread. Do you know what he is referring to by the ESI download of dingo? He doesn't have the sources to Dingo or anything else, he has the sources that entourage released of a few of the apps they wrote. Your asking for Dingo means you want the firmware itself. If you don't have the attention span to read a post then DON'T respond!

Yes, can't read farther, don't have enough attention. It does not matter if you don't understand what I'm asking about: yugami understood perfectly well.

No thanks to yugami.

so... when are you planning on growing up? You can't live your whole life as a twelve year old, no matter what your parents are telling you. Please show me one post in which yugami says he understood you perfectly well. All he has said so far was that he didn't know you wanted help, and you thank him by doing this stupid attack.

The FACT is that YOU know that YOU are WRONG, is that small enough for you?
