Parallels + Reader Update = Brick - Page 2

I have used emulation software for years both under Linux and OSX. NEVER EVER flash a ROM for any device when you don't have complete control of the USB port.I have been lucky some times and rather panicked others. Let just say I have experience with several HTC phones and IP based cameras that almost became paper weight but for the recovery modes put in by there cautious designers.

I guess I was lucky when I upgraded mine. Mine was uneventful.
