Cloud, did you register your EE? If you did, you should see it listed under "My Account". If you don't see that, you need to register, or trouble-shoot the registration process (first), it seems to me.

P.S. Thanks for posting that Disclaimer. I hadn't read it and wanted to.

Concur with Filark, you have to get the device registered before you can download the Ermine beta. Is the device new or used? If it is used you will need to contact either the original owner (if possible) and have them mark the eDGE as transferable or tech-support and have them do it so you can register the device.

About registering.
My device is registered since April 2010. On my PC I can log in and see my account with accountnumber and device. So far so good. On my EE I can see the same when I go to the entourage-site with the native browser. So far so good again.
BUT: when I use the Store-app I cannot log in. ((it used to do it automatically). It now says that I have to register???? And if I try to do that with my password it doesn't work. (9 characters used to be good in april 2010, but now it must be 10 characters and that is not the same as my Adobe-account.)
So, maybe the Entourageserver is down to an old Commodore-64 or the person that serves the server doesn't know what service is anymore (ore yet?)
Don't know what happens when/if the final Ermine is released.

Funny you should mention this because oddly yesterday when I accessed the Store App I had to register my PE again. I didn't run into any problems but I thought it was kind of strange. As far as the password requirements here is what the Quick Start Guide says: must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. Mine is 8 characters exactly and I had no problem with registration. Before I initially registered my PE I logged into my Adobe account and changed the password to match my Entourage password for ease of registration.

Thanks for your replay. So, you also had to register your device allthough it was registered before? Why is that? According to the info in 'my account' it's already registered. Why again. How many times do we have to do that and how many times are we allowed to do that?
I know about the 8 characters. I think it's odd that they accepted my 7 characters-password a year ago and still do when I login on the EE-browser or on the PC.
And my point also was: something must be corrupted by Ermine.

Ugh. Password inflation.

If the length of the password is inversely proportional to the health of the company, this is not a good sign.

The same happened to me when I got my PE last November and went to register it. enTourage had changed their password policy somewhere between March/April and November.

Same here, too. Could be the recent server switch upset something - could be just a matter of cookies or something in the Store app. On the enTourage site, my Account page still shows my PE as registered. Since I really don't need the Store app for anything atm, I'm not going to reregister, as it will likely ding my Adobe registered devices by 1.

Yes I had to re-register my device yesterday even though it was registered and said such on the website when I accessed it with a PC. I don't think it is a problem with Ermine, but it may have had something to do with all the server problems the past few days (possibly a changeover to another host service). I only had to do this once.

Thanks to everybody!!! I have ERMINE!
And also I have all problems to war with: green photos and videos, crashing browser on wifi and not responding 3G Huawei modem
I'm happy!
