What option do I use to disable it from making the 300 footnotes into ToC entries?

Actually, the book has no ToC entries. So excluding them all would be perfect.

Amazing, it works. You made me really happy. After reading it I my next project is "Laws Order" (http://www.daviddfriedman.com/Laws_O..._order_ToC.htm) by the same author. This time with a table of contents. I hope I will make it work.
