Delete your calender profile
Delete your Froyo email profile
Hit your calender icon and select Corporate
type in your gmail address and password and hit next
type in your gmail address, password again plus in the server field type: m.google.com
hit next and finish
This lit up my entire Android, gmail, calender and contacts
Usefull information! Thank you very much!

http://www.freewarelovers.com/android/app/google-maps

Link to gmaps app for those in need. I have been running it for a long time and it works very well with the exception of the aforementioned lack of positioning hardware.

[QUOTE=JBrondos;1590594]Would it be possible to set up & share files like this through a free online website? e.g. http://www.speedyshare.com/

if you search on Google for "google maps apk" the first result has the file you need.

I tried many times to do that and it doesn't work for me. However, Gmail sets up no problem with Froyo or K9. I deleted accounts many times, tried adding Corporate while Gmail already set up in Froyo - no avail. Is there any set up on server side (PE says "cannot connect to server" all the time. Maybe some settlings needs to be changed in Gmail website?

Make sure you are entering the correct server - m.google.com

Delete your data from applications - manage - do both calendar and froyo mail.
open calendar and add the corporate account from there.

Thank you, cheyennedonna, I still cannot connect to Google, but on the bright side I was able to push all my contacts and calendar live from MS Exchange at work. Which is actually much better as all my contacts are in there and I use Copy2Contact clip tool a lot which posts new contacts and/or events in my Outlook account! and I figured out how to display just categories I want in PE, I am all set now!
