Also, note that people have had issues with SD card formatting. Do a Forum Search for "format SD card" to get some info about sd card problems, and formatting.

wow talk about fast support... I was finally able to get it out by pulling it out... i found another 4gb sd card to test and that one went in and out fine as well as detected... so I went and reformatted the SD card and added a ton of my other documents to it... its all working now...
