Bluetooth?

I have tried 2 different Bluetooth headsets, the type for phones (both work fine with phone or computers) although they both pair fine neither gets the sound through them, it continues to come through the speakers. Motorola H700 and a PLT 510.

LOVING the improved keyboard accuracy! Bravo Zulu!

The only Bluetooth profile currently supported is the "Advanced Audio Distribution Profile" profile or more commonly referred to as stereo headset profile. We will work on the profile you are attempting to use "Headset Profile (HSP)" which includes a microphone on the device for a future release. My HBH-IS800 Sony headphones sound GREAT.

I'm having bluetooth problems, too. My Motorola S9 initially paired but wouldn't connect. I rebooted the eDGe. Now it won't even pair. Will play with it more later and hopefully get it working.

The good news:
1. Touchscreen work much better. )
2. Some EPUBs which not worked -- now work fine.

The bad news:
1. Flash is very limited. Trully, NONE of sites which I visit regullary (google finance, facebook e,t,c,) doesn't show flash content. All sites requere flash 9. Only some flash banners displayed. (I wish to have an opposite: flash sites -- worked, and flash banners -- blocked )
2. Web pages view on e-ink is verry buggy (almost non usable) and slow.
3. Camera blinking and doesn't correctly setted (no "white balance" or exposure for manual correction, and by default seems there's auto correction which also have some bugs).
4. SDK were not released, so I still unable to write e-ink application

Yeah, see my funny rant here. The S9 is a bit tricky, though. When I first tried pairing it with my BlackBerry, it refused to connect. But I kept playing with it until it paired and connected. Now it connects with no problem. I'm hoping that's the case here.

Funny though: My eDGe was recognizing, and pairing with, phones all over my office--even asking me (after clicking through menu buttons) if I wanted to use them as audio output!

off-topic

Could anyone tell why the SDK isn't released?

Thanks,

In short, "Mr Jobs" just don't want to loose money from "apps-store" (as flash can be used to create the same apps but without apple's royalty fees).
In tech, any lammer programmer can write an flash (or i-phone, or android) apps which will hangup or even destroy your hardware.
But in reality, there's no problem as you can allways turnoff flash exept for several sites where it's really needed (as I do now on my desktop computer with firefox plugins). And there's many sites which I use for work (financial and statistical sites), and for education (some library and collaboration sites) and entertainment (video chatting, social sites) which awailable ONLY in flash. So unless I will get FULL support of flash 9 (at least, or better 10.1) I just unable to use eDGe for work (still use my eeepc netbook+amazon kindle instead).

In regards to the sleep mode....mine leaves the trackball light on even when I close the lid. Is this normal? Seems like this should go off also for true power savings.

there would be negligible power savings from turning off that LED....

Yes! Pandora works. I tried previously, unsuccessfully, to install it. Fabulous!

I am hoping it is just a problem with the flash 10.1 beta on 2.2. According to the following, 2.2 pulls some serious improvement on floating point calcs...

Anyway, I am very happy that the touchscreen issue is now largely fixed!!
