I wonder how the page types (lined, grid, etc.) for Journal are set up. Would be nice to add "calendar" to the Journal page types. It would be funny if it were as easy as putting a png image file in the right place.

How do you make one of these calendars, I went on the sight and I saw the templates yet didn't see where to download them. Can someone please give me a little help
