Request The ability to have a custom image on the e-ink side when it is shut off - Page 2

Perhaps even having the owner information displayed there when it is off, that would say your phone number to call if the device is lost. If anybody remembers the Palm Pilot days, the password protection screen displayed the owner information when the unit came out of stand-by. Considering this is a $500 unit, having some sort of owner information screen would be really nice.

That is already possible. Make an image of your information and make that a wallpaper for the readerside. You can choose any picture (a map if you like) and it's allway there for you.

Yeah, being able to pick an image would be great. I actually thought that was what the curent option was supposed to do so when it didn't stay I thought I was dng somehing wrong.
