I liked the Midnight Blue so I voted for that...but another choice would be black.

There should be a matte finish to these devices.. my eDGe is 24 hours old and it looks like it's been heavily used for months. EEWWW Greasy Finger prints and smudges!

I'm looking into getting something clear that will protect the outside from fingerprints.. any suggestions?

I know they are going to have skins for tthe eDGe, hopefully fairly soon. Maybe a matte clear will be an option?

I love the midnight blue. In a perfect world, I would like to have had the option of a green, something in the neighborhood of Pantone 372-375 (#D8ED96, #CEEA82, #BAE860, or #8CD600). And a matte finish would be fantastic.

It'll look like a matte finish after you get enough fingerprints on it.

Mine looks like I should wash my hands more frequently or wear latex gloves before I pick it up!

I've really got to get a Gelaskin, though I'm still waiting to find out if I can get it with one of my favorite Remedios Varo paintings (here, here, here and here).

Red seemed fancy and extravagant, and I wanted it but it was more expensive.

While I was saving the money to buy a new one (midnight blue for savings),
I happened to find a used unit at Ebay, auctioned it at 300.00, won the auction... and it was Marilyn-Monroe-Red!!}
It is working very well so far, so I was really LUCKY!

, don't you think?

Red is the way to go.

I find I have little trouble with fingerprints on the red. Either that, or I'm just way more tolerant than the average user here. (Which could be. If you saw my laptop screen right now ....)

I would really, really love to get one of those Gela-skins, but I would probably mess it up trying to apply it. Oh, my baby is Ruby Red.

I've applied a Gela-skin to both my EE and PE, and it couldn't have been easier or more trouble-free.
