Well, OK, if that is true then it is pretty clearly a problem with S&S. It's been so long since I registered my nook and installed ADE that I'm hazy on the particulars.

I just did some major work to fixing up the latest Star Trek Voyager eBook. it was a real mess. I have no idea how bad the textual errors are. I still have to fix up the last Trek book I read. I have the bits marked where the errors are.
