I doubt it. It's been referred to the judiciary committe. The bill has 11 co-sponsors ----- and every one of them is a member of the judiciary committee.

Since the committee has only 20 members and 11 of them are avowed supporters of this bill, it probably won't even garner much discussion, much less debate.
