You might go for it when you see the price for some of the little batteries. I bought a light for 10.90€ and the batteries were 9,99€ when I had to replace them. I refrained from buying them and am now looking for a clip-on light with a rechargeable battery.

The lighted cover for my 350 is nice, but I am not willing to buy a lighted case for all my readers if I can buy one light to go with all of them.

Thanks for the link! I might consider buying a new light because of their current promotion:

"Take 20% off all verso" e-reading essentials! Use promo code DNG11 at checkout."

I use a rechargeable battery in my Travel Flex and Sony lighted cover, but I really like that idea, too.

That's exactly why both the Mighty Bright Travel Flex and the Sony lighted use only 1 AAA battery, and I have rechargeable batteries I can use for that purpose. I've seen the CR2032 batteries cheaper if you buy them in quantities of 25 or more, but I really didn't want to have to keep them in stock and they still weren't cheap enough. If they lasted 3x as long as the AAAs I could maybe see it, but they don't.

Thanks for that info! You talked me into it, I ordered the Wedge light. Shipping was only $1.56, very reasonable.

Just thought I'd mention that I bought a 100 CR2032 batteries for around £10 i.e. 10p each... work fine in clip on and in electronic scales... check eBay shops

For $39.99, I'd go with Sony's light cover. I have the one for the 650 and it works very well.

I know the OP doesn't want a light cover, but someone else might.

Thanks for those links, JSWolf. I saw that site earlier today, and I think they're out of stock. In small, red text at below the item description:

Please note: You can order this now and have us ship it as soon as it arrives.
We will not charge your card for any backordered items, until it is ready to actually ship.

Where does it say they are not in stock? I can go as far as putting in my details to order it. I'm not going any farther as I don't have a use for one.
