I have a new prs-650 at long last, arrived in NZ lastnight, and it was waiting for me.. it had been sent from the US on 19th of april..

So am happy with sony for that.. but am disappointed that i had to put up with all the frustration and non-existant customer care/support trying to find out what had happened and what was the status of my repair/exchange... all it would have taken from sony was an email saying they had recieved my ereader and they were sending me a new one.. instead of me worrying that i wouldnt have it when i left NZ for argentina where i wouldnt have a hope in hell of getting it...

This certainly doesn't make a person confident in Sony service. Makes me glad I bought a back up Sony 350....So if I have to wait forever I still have one to read on.

Send them an EECB or contact their executive customer service, here's some help:

Here's some more:

(it's a bit dated, maybe there's better info if you search for it)

Good luck.
