in this case the kobo guy on this forum said that it's bugs fixes between the two version (with different build number, the bugs seem to touch only a small % of people)

and it's the same for all kobo...

The archive on http://download.kobobooks.com/firmwa...pgrade-1.9.zip contains one file, "KoboRoot.tgz" (30.4MB, modified 30 mar 2011 18:10et).

I haven't tried installing this (does KoboRoot.tgz just go in the ".kobo" folder on the device?) and am unsure if this is a different revision from the "Mar 11th" which you describe.

Perhaps someone has tried this file and can identify its revision level?
