Glad you got it working... and this is a perfect illustration of why, when anyone has a problem, we need to have all the info relating to the installation as this is something that's come up previously... if you'd said installing to memory card then I (or someone else) could probably have suggested putting to internal memory immediately... if I remember right, once you've got it working then you can drag'n'drop it from internal to SD and it'll continue working... if I remember right...

Protected Page

I purchased a sony prs 600 a few days ago and am very discouraged reading the problems with the protected page and the results. I have another 10 days to decided whether to return this reader. I don't have a card so this solution does not apply to me. I loaded only one book and read a chapter and when I turned the reader back on to continue it was "page protected". I am still trying to contact Sony.
