Evidently, so does Apple. 3G on the iTab was HOW MUCH EXTRA? I seem to recall something like $139, but I'm not interested enough to look it up.

BTW, Verizon just pushed an OTA ubdate that purportedly fixed the BlueTooth issue (among other things).
I haven't tried a BT keyboard, but that's what the guys over at XDA said. |

![]() ![]() I've been interested in both for quite some time and almost got the Tab when it was released in Canada before Christmas ![]() ![]() What also appeals to me is "screen real estate", the more DPI for the same screen size, the better! I like fitting a lot onto my screens (7"+). Not much left on my "wish list" as I've lost interest in the ASUS 900/950 as well as the PB903. |

I guess this turned into a NC vs Tab thread
![]() Here are some of my observations on the Tab, in no particular order: In comparison to the tablified NC, menus, icons, and text are huge! It's like setting your LCD monitor to a much lower than native resolution minus the blurriness. I like it. It's easier on my eyes, but sometimes the text is a little too large. Colors are very nice, maybe a little oversaturated, but the settings are adjustable. Whites seem whiter than the NC. The NC has a yellowish tinge. The Tab is a bit thicker and has sharper edges, so it doesn't feel as nice to hold as the NC. It's also a little difficult to hold in landscape mode because you don't have the extra area to hold onto like the the bottom of the NC. Also, you have to be careful not to accidentally touch the android touch buttons in landscape mode. Tab is a better multimedia experience. Graphics are smoother on the Tab, noticeably better frame rate on some games and videos. The stereo speakers are pretty good and the volume seems louder. The accelerometer seems a tad bit more sensitive, but I just use orientation lock button. The App grid scrolls horizontally, instead of vertically. I got used to it really quick. One quirk that bothers me a little is that the apps aren't sorted alphabetically. Instead, they just get added to the end of the list in the order they're installed. Both the power button and volume rocker are both on the right side. And because the power button is above the volume rocker, I found myself turning off the screen by accident while trying to adjust the volume by feel. I need to get used to that. So that's it so far. Per request, I didn't bother mentioning anything related to hardware not found on the NC. Feel free to ask any questions. |

Yes, that is my biggest complaint about my SGT. I mean, after all, how hard could it be to organize the apps either alphabeticaly or allow me to do it myself like the home screen does.
