Surely the main point is that if you post on a forum, there's never a guarantee anyone can help, or will reply. Far more people read forums than post to them (in my 15 or so years on the 'net).

For example, I joined the forum earlier today and posted "hello" in the Introductions section. No-one replied. I didn't feel a need to start posting "huh thanks for nothing" messages up. Its no big deal.

I just had a little weep to myself instead (yes, I'm kidding)

Anyway, hello to Sony-ites (?) on here.

Welcome... and maybe you should go back to your intro thread and check on that.
