From what I've read, it takes weeks or months for anything to change at Kobo if it is from Smashwords. May be easier to just try and do it directly through Kobo.

It seems Kobo is finally getting it's act together with regards to books that were "accidently" uploaded with DRM attached.

If there's a specific book you want fast-tracked, it seems you just have to ask 'em.

I just asked about Cory Doctorow's books. My post:
