Start our ebook collecting right. Download Calibre and transfer books to your kindle using the program. Once properly set up it will remind you about formats and even convert the books to the proper format for you before transferring.

You need to power up your kindle and unlock it before the computer will recognize it.

Calibre is the best solution I found. It allows you to Convert PDFs, Docs, and other formats to MOBI (Kindle format)
You simply click on a file then hit "Send to Device". And can remove them the same way. The only issue I have found is when you convert sometimes you get glitches, and the type is set a little wonky, but not unreadable. |
