D, Most all of the "trashing" is from a small outspoken minority.

Sony Support, especially via telephone, has been satisfactory or even excellent in a lot of people's minds. Likewise with the Sony Reader Library software.

Sony support is much better on the phone then via email.

Your e-mail address with FLP should not matter at all. You can set whatever address for your holds there. It does not have to be the account e-mail.
The problem you had was more than likely that you had different e-mails for ADE and Sony.
Your FLP e-mail can be whatever you want.
