You lose the explicit page-break before each title. You gain some table of contents links. Otherwise, everything should stay as-is.

I get an error when clicking on the link for the Mobi zip.

And here is a single zip of all the HC volumes by RWood in Plucker format, converted from RWood's Mobipocket versions:

http://www.wikifortio.com/872093/HC-Plucker.zip

Unfortunately these links will expire in 98 days. I don't know if there is a way to find more permanent hosting.

I'd like thank RWood for his kind permission to post these, and apologize for not having asked it at first.

I updated my conversion script and automatically generated hyperlinked tables of contents for the Plucker version:
(see latest link in the first post of this thread--I don't want to edit links throughout the thread as I update)

It seems fine now, at least in IE7.

Maybe I should split it up into two or three parts, and post on MobileRead (I can't post it all at once because of MR's size limits)?

It's not iE7 vs. other browsers. It was that the site was down. It's back up now.

These screenshots give a better answer. (These are from a semi-final version of the Plucker files. The final version changes the color for the line that says "Table of Contents".)

I have full justification forced in Plucker viewer for all documents. For users who have that option turned off in the viewer, things will look a bit different. I am using an antialiased Utopia 16 package, another viewer-level option. I normally have "force default colors" activated in the viewer, but I turned it off for these screenshots.

Here are Mobipocket versions with hyperlinked ToC:
(the latest link is in the first post of this thread).

I added ToCs to a few more books -- 08/05/07.
